Contents of the project: Test for goodwill impairments of asset group
Features of the project: Xinlun Technology planned on test of the asset group it acquired for goodwill impairments at the end of the year, so as to provide basis for disclosing their financial statements. Through analysis and forecast of before-tax net cash flow generated by the corresponding asset group when acquisition is made, we helped them to complete annual disclosure.
