Overview: The site, spanning Baocheng 7th and 8th Areas, is reputed as traditional commercial center in Bao'an. The demolished area is 87,200m², relocation-related floor area 302,000m², and planned floor area approximately 650,000 m². Through urban renewal, the area will be developed into a modern complex integrating residential properties, commercial facilities, apartments and hotel.
