Contents of service: Through analysis of aspects of affordable housing, such as cost price structure and the scale of residential properties, and on the basis of empirical case analysis, mathematical models were established to demonstrate appropriate enterprise affordable housing "cost price" structure and standard, providing guided standard cost price for the enterprises. Beneficial suggestions are also offered for development, providing guidance and reference for the housing security agency to fix enterprise affordable housing cost prices.
